Use a satin pillowcase to reduce friction. • Clean lashes daily with a gentle, oil-free lash cleanser and soft brush to remove debris and oils. • Avoid oil-based products and makeup removers near your eyes, as they weaken the lash adhesive. • Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie to maintain shape and prevent tangling. • Book your refills every 2–3 weeks to avoid needing a full set. Beautiful lashes start with healthy care—your consistency is the secret to long-lasting glam.
Cancellation Policy
Important Booking Info: • A $50 deposit for lash sets and $25 deposit for lash refills is required to secure your appointment (applied toward your total). • Please arrive with clean lashes and no makeup around the eye area. • Late arrivals past 15 minutes may result in a reschedule and loss of deposit. • Refills must be booked within 21 days and with at least 40% of lashes remaining. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients: • A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. • Late arrivals past 15 minutes may result in cancellation and loss of your deposit. • No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and must prepay for future appointments. • If you arrive with less than 40% of your lash extensions remaining, you may be charged for a full set.
